The service

Ask My Photos describes photos from your device and answers questions about them using AI models. Beta access is free with an invite code and limited to 5 photos per day. The paid plan is $50/month, includes 5 photos per day, and additional photos draw on prepaid credits at $1 per photo.

Billing

• All payment is in advance — subscription and credit packs. There is no post-consumption billing.
• Credits do not expire and survive subscription lapses, but require an active paid plan to spend.
• Cancel any time via the customer portal; service continues to the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to process images you have no right to process, or in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent metering.

Beta software

The apps are distributed outside the app stores (direct APK; sideloaded iOS build) and are provided as-is, without warranty. Back up anything you care about.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABFS's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
